医疗专业人员心肺复苏/自动体外除颤器 - 医疗专业人员（5小时）

工作场所急救 – 中级（16小时）- 符合CSA Z1210-17标准
成功完成本次为期十六（16）小时的中级急救面授培训后，学员将获得有效证书，符合CSA Z1210-17标准中规定的「中级急救培训」要求。

As an approved state OSHA plan, the NC OSH Division applies 29 CFR 1910.151(b) as adopted: no fixed ratio, but where no medical facility is in near proximity at least one person must be adequately trained in first aid, with a 3-4 minute response expected for serious-hazard workplaces.
North Carolina childcare rule 10A NCAC 09 .1102 requires all direct-care staff to hold first aid and CPR certification appropriate to the ages of children in care, with at least one CPR-trained staff member present at all times and CPR completed within six weeks of employment.
North Carolina's Good Samaritan law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 90-21.14) protects any person who renders first aid or emergency health care in good faith to someone unconscious, ill or injured from liability absent gross negligence, wanton conduct or intentional wrongdoing, and expressly extends that immunity to AED use.
The North Carolina Board of Nursing requires registered nurses to demonstrate continuing competence each two-year cycle through 30 contact hours or one of eight alternative options, while Basic Life Support is in practice an employer and hospital requirement for many clinical roles.
North Carolina does not universally mandate CPR for every aide, but nursing homes, assisted-living settings and home-health agencies commonly require Basic Life Support or first-aid training as an added condition for nurse-aide and home-health-aide roles caring for vulnerable adults and seniors.
Under North Carolina rule 10A NCAC 70E.1117, foster parents must complete first aid, CPR and universal precautions certification before a foster child is placed, with CPR appropriate for the ages of children in care; the Division does not accept web-based training for this certification.
Online CPR and first aid training is recognized in North Carolina, with no ban on online training for workplace first-aiders; online theory is accepted and a hands-on component is recommended for CPR.
